About Me

I'm Matt Ross. The founder of the Weight Ross System. 

When my career ended, I started to dread waking up and looking at myself in the mirror... remembering how I used to look when I played. Even having to pick out an oversized shirt just so my stomach poked through less. 

Until I learned that athletes aren't supposed to train & eat like bodybuilders (even though the industry loves to tell you that).

Once I put together this system that helped me lose weight AND keep it off, all while I could have more energy and be more present for my family... I tested it on others.

And now, my mission is simple:

  • Help retired athletes drop the weight that’s holding them back.
